We are also on hundreds of additional networks, so if you do not find your insurance
carrier or network listed below, please contact us.
NOTE: Effective April 8, 2007, PTCOS will no longer be an in-nework provider
for United Health Care. Due to UHC/ACN Group's lack of concern for the delivery
of
appropriate patient care and more of a concern for their bottom-line profits,
this difficult decision was made. UHC patients are always welcome and
arrangements can be made. At which time UHC/ACN group reconsiders the
disservice they are imposing on providers and patients, PTCOS will revisit
this contract.

and offers discounts to hundreds of Workers Compensation Carriers.
If you do not see the carrier listed above, please call and we can
let you know if we are in-network.
Additional services
PTCOS will file your insurance claim for you. We are members of most local managed
care networks (PPO, HMO) and are a certified Medicare part B provider. We will,
at the time of service, collect your deductible, co-pay, or the patient percentage
fee for which you are responsible.
